After receiving your quote, WHEN YOU ARE READY TO ORDER, please complete the Design Request Form with all details.

Send full payment/& or discussed deposit IMMEDIATELY following the Design Request Form (link below) in order to place your order into production. Please note: Your order has not been placed until your payment is received.
ORDERING POLICIES:

Orders $200 or less, must be paid in full to be placed onto the production schedule.

50% Deposits will be accepted for orders of $201+

Shoes must be BRAND NEW or a $50 cleaning charge will be incurred.

Standard Production times:

Local orders: 1-2 weeks depending on current order schedule.

Shipping: 2-3 weeks depending on current order schedule

RUSH Production: Available for orders needed sooner than standard production times for an additional charge TBD based on the details of the RUSH needs.

There are NO refunds, exchanges or anything of the sort for the artwork created. I am not responsible for any peeling, fading, etc. of paint due to any kind of wear & tear. I am not responsible for any shoe defects or anything of the like with the shoes.
